The Trustees of Moss Hall Playcentre are committed to championing high-quality, play-based opportunities that support the development, wellbeing and happiness of children in our community. Our mission is to ensure that every child aged Reception to Year 6 has access to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where their natural curiosity and creativity can flourish through child-led play.
We believe that play is a fundamental part of childhood — essential for building confidence, resilience, social skills and emotional wellbeing. As Trustees, our role is to provide strategic oversight, strong governance and sustainable stewardship so that the Playcentre can deliver enriching experiences that enrich young lives now and for future generations.
Simon is a chartered and certified accountant and has served as a trustee since 2022. He has two children at Moss Hall who attend the play centre. By being a trustee this has allowed him to give something back and support what is a fantastic set up and resource for after school care.
